How to Apply

Step-by-Step Guide for Today’s Challenge:

  1. Prepare the Rice Water Spray:
    • Take 2 tablespoons of rice and add two green cardamoms (ilaychi).
    • Add enough water to cover the rice and cardamom, and let it soak overnight.
    • The next morning, strain the rice water into a spray bottle.
    • Add a few drops of vitamin oil and mint oil to the spray bottle.
    • Finally, add a small amount of rose water to enhance the fragrance and refreshing properties.
    • Shake well to mix the ingredients.
  2. Apply the Spray:
    • Section your hair and spray the rice water mixture directly onto your scalp and roots.
    • Make sure your scalp is evenly coated, as this will nourish your hair from the roots.
